Classic Peaches n' Cream Pie? PEACH please. Swap the graham crackers for our crispy cauliflower crust!

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone
  • 1 yellow peach, thinly sliced
  • 1 white peach, thinly sliced
  • honey
  • mint leaves, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer and top with mascarpone and peaches. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
