Pepperoni Pizza Dip with Pizza Seasoned "Crackers"

Celebrate National Pizza Month (or any day) with this pizza dip and pizza seasoned crackers!

Ingredients

  • 1 defrosted Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Spice House Pizza Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 oz mini pepperoni
  • fresh basil, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice the crust into triangles. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Bake for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Lower oven temperature to 350°F.
  4. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, yogurt, dried basil, and pizza seasoning until smooth. Spread on a cast iron skillet or small baking dish. Top with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Bake for 18 minutes and broil for the last 2 until bubbling.
  5. Sprinkle with basil and serve directly out of the skillet with pizza chips for dipping.
