  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tri-color bell peppers
  • 1/2 small butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cage-free eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Brush CAULIPOWER crust with olive oil.
  2. Top the crust with fresh-cut strips of tri-color bell peppers and cubed roasted butternut squash.
  3. Top with shredded, fresh mozzarella.
  4. Bake at 425° F for 12-15 minutes.
  5. At about 6 minutes, crack two cage-free eggs over the pizza and finish baking.
