A bittersweet symphony: that’s all we can think to call this culinary masterstroke. Northern Italian-inspired whipped ricotta with honey, marcona almonds, mint, sage and rosemary bring a rustic complement to perfectly tart blackberries. Kiss it with some clover honey. Buon appetito!

Ingredients

  • 1 Margherita Cauliflower Crust Pizza
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • rosemary (handful)
  • mint (handful)
  • sage (handful)
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted marcona almonds
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper (as desired)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Margherita Pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Whip up the ricotta and honey and spread evenly on the pizza crust, top with all the ingredients. 
  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
