Sage & Squash, a dynamic flavor duo that's iconically Fall forward. This melty, golden pizza on our cauliflower crust will make your home smell like heaven and capture the season in every savory bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 3/4 cup butternut squash purée
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled bacon
  • 5-6 7 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread butternut squash purée evenly on the crust.
  4. Top with mozzarella, bacon, parmesan cheese and bake in own for 13-15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile in a sauce pan heat butter and flash fry sage leaves.
  6. Remove pizza from oven when done and add the sage leaves.
  7. Slice and serve.
