For breakfast, lunch or anytime o'clock, this sausage and veggie cauliflower-crust pizza is the perfect technicolor meal hack for keeping your hunger satisfied all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 pack chicken sausages (sliced in rounds)
  • 2 red bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (halved)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cup raw cheddar (shredded)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Heat coconut oil in medium skillet and sautee sausages, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach and Italian seasoning until veggies are tender.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  4. Spread sauce on pizza, top with your sautéd mixture and shredded cheese. 
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
  6. Remove from over and serve.
