  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • pizza sauce
  • yellow onion, sliced
  • spinach
  • bell peppers, diced
  • mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • turkey pepperoni
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 an avocado, sliced
  • green onion, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer. Top with pizza sauce, yellow onion, spinach, diced bell peppers, mushrooms, and turkey pepperoni.
  3. Cook pizza on oven rack for 13-16 minutes or until crust is golden.
  4. When you have 4-5 minutes left, crack two eggs on pizza, then finish cooking.
  5. Remove from oven. Top with avocado and green onion, and serve immediately!
