Opa! This light and flavorful pizza features the fiber + protein goodness of artichoke hearts, spicy arugula, and kalamata olives that would make Zorba dance all night.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 10 olives (sliced)
  • arugula (handful)
  • dried oregano (as desired)
  • red pepper flakes (as desired)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over your CAULIPOWER pizza crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  4. Top your crust with remaining ingredients. 
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
  6. Remove from oven, add arugula and enjoy.
