Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 2 squash blossom
  • 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cashews
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • handful alfalfa sprouts
  • handful chopped chard
  • basil, for garnish
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a blender or food processor, mix pizza sauce and cashews until smooth.
  3. Remove pizza from freezer and top with sauce mixture, cheese, zucchini, char, squash blossom, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook pizza for 13-16 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven, top with alfalfa sprouts and basil, slice, and serve.
