Ingredients

  • 1 Three Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza
  • 14 ounces extra-firm tofu, drained
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup red onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Meanwhile combine paprika, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Pour in the oil and stir to combine. Add the tofu and coat evenly. Place tofu on a baking sheet and roast in oven for 30-35 min, stirring every 10 min so they cook evenly. Remove from oven and drizzle tofu with bbq sauce.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  4. Top your crust with top with bbq tofu, chopped red onion, pineapple and fresh spinach.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
  6. Remove from oven slice and serve.
