No need to take a trip to Tennessee to enjoy the flavors of Nashville. This easy meal hack combines ground chicken blended with zesty Caulipower Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower for added nutrition and moistness, The patties are sprinkled with spices for a fiery finish and cooked until golden. Little more is needed to round it all out except avocado mayo sauce and some pickles!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper, divided
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup avocado mayo
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce, more to taste as needed
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, more as needed
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and brown sugar.
  2. In another bowl, mix together avocado mayo, dill pickle juice, hot sauce and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  3. Then combine ground chicken and CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Style Riced Cauliflower. Form the mixture into 4 equal sized patties, and generously sprinkle with the dry spices.
  4. Heat oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. Then, add patties to the skillet spice side down. Season the top side with more of the dry spices. Cook for 2 minutes and flip, adding more oil to the pan if needed. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Layer patties onto bottom buns, then add pickles slices, a drizzle of mayo mixture, hot sauce to taste, chopped parsley.
  6. Add top buns and enjoy immediately!
