What the kale? Leafy lovers, here's a special treat for you: our Kale & Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza with a sensational balsamic glaze. Treat yourself to a flavorful night in!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup packed kale (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in olive oil, drained)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • sea salt (as desired)
  • pepper (as desired)
  • red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Meanwhile in a sauce pan over, medium heat, cook onions and garlic in butter until caramelized, 5-7 minutes. Toss kale with onion, garlic, and butter from pan. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  4. Top with the kale mix, add sun-dried tomatoes, top with mozzarella and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  5. While pizza is cooking, add balsamic and coconut sugar to a small sauce pan over low flame and simmer until a glaze forms, about 10 minutes. 
  6. When pizza is done, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
