There’s a lot to love about this crispy, buttery pizza. Deep, rich roasted mushrooms and tomatoes meet a base heavy with pine nuts, then get a generous handful of basil to set it all off. Mild, sweet, savory and pretty to boot!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup pinenuts, toasted
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup red pepper, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup hummus

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Pizza Crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread hummus evenly on the crust.
  4. Top with all the ingredients.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13 - 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
