Good morning, protein fanatics! This paleo breakfast pizza starts your days sunny side up, with a Moroccan twist. This shakshuka pizza with a dairy-free cashew pesto drizzle is a powerhouse of omegas and aminos.

Gluten-Free Grain-Free Paleo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 eggs (soft boiled)
  • 1/4 cup soaked and drained cashews
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • handful of basil
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
  • fresh lemon juice (just a squeeze)
  • salt & pepper (as desired)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your Paleo CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over crust and place the two eggs.
  4. Pulse the cashew, olive oil, basil, spinach, yeast, lemon juice, sale and pepper into a smooth consistency. 
  5. Drizzle over the pizza and bake for 3-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven slice and serve.
