Get that seaside al fresco feeling anytime with this easy, yet impressive gluten-free, vegetarian, Mediterranean-inspired pizza with pesto, burrata, figs, and artichokes.

Vegetarian Gluten-Free


  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup burrata, sliced
  • 1 cup figs, chopped
  • 1 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 3 cups basil
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (lightly toasted)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil ⠀
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • Salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In the meantime, blend basil, walnuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper to make the pesto sauce. 
  3. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  4. Spread the pesto sauce on the pizza crust and top with all other ingredients.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve hot.
