Taste the rainbow with this colorful CAULIPOWER pizza loaded with veggies.

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • small handful of green bell pepper, chopped
  • small handful of broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp red onion
  • freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Starting from the center, add toppings in concentric circles in reverse order of the rainbow (red onion in the middle, broccoli around, etc.)
  3. Cook the pizza for 13-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Top with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
