Red, yellow, green... GO. Add a little crunch and color to your classic homemade Margherita Pizza. It's an easy-to-make crowd-pleaser with all the benefits of our cauliflower pizza crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers (green)
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers (yellow)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Mix garlic into tomato sauce then spread evenly over crust.
  4. Top with ½ of the shredded cheese. Layer spinach, mushrooms and peppers over crust. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil. 
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven slice and serve.
