No sacrificing taste for nutrition here! Green up your flatbread with healthy fats from cashews and avocado, and farm stand favorite veggies. Serve at tea-time, or champagne time ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup garlic and herb cashew cheeze spread
  • 5 asparagus (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 1 avocado
  • 3-4 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° then place the CAULIPOWER pizza crust directly on oven rack and bake for 12-15 mins.
  2. Also place asparagus on baking sheet and coat with olive oil and roast in oven for 10 mins.
  3. Once crust is baked and cooled, spread the garlic and herb cashew cheeze spread top with roasted asparagus, radish and spinach.
