Ingredients

  • 1 Three Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • arugula (small handful)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°. Rinse and drain a can of chickpeas thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry the chickpeas with clean dish towel or paper towels. Remove any chickpea skins that come off while drying. Drizzle and toss the chickpeas in 1-2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp pink salt. coat evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes tossing halfway through as set aside when done.
  2. Preheat oven to 425° then place the CAULIPOWER Three Cheese Pizza directly on oven rack and bake for 12-15 mins.
  3. Once crust is baked and cooled, add the roasted chickpeas, corn and arugula.
