Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 3/4 cup beetroot hummus
  • 3/4 cup pesto sauce
  • roasted butternut squash spirals
  • roasted beets spirals
  • sweet potatoes spirals
  • micro greens

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread pesto sauce over one half of the pizza crust and spread the beetroot hummus on the other half. 
  4. Top with the root veggies.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with micro greens and serve.
