Salmon Says Tacos

SALMON says: it’s time to switch out your boring #TacoTuesday recipe for these tasty tacos made on our cauliflower tortillas!
Ingredients
- 3 Cauliflower Tortillas
- salmon fillet
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- sea salt
- pepper
- curly kale
- radicchio, chopped
- mango, chopped
- red onion, chopped
- jalapeño
- lime juice
- cilantro
- lime
Cooking Instructions
- First, make mango salsa by combining mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl. Mix, then set aside.
- Next, season salmon fillet with garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper. Add to a pan over medium heat.
- Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas from freezer, and heat according to packaging. Then, top with kale and radicchio.
- Remove salmon from heat and add to CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas. Top with mango salsa, serve with fresh lime wedges, and enjoy!
