From the kitchen of the fabulous Charles Chen, a delightfully unexpected vegetarian pizza that starts with a crispy CAULIPOWER Plain Crust, and ends with a nutty pop of sesame seed flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup crushed tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • 2 avocado sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over your CAULIPOWER pizza crust, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  4. Top your crust with avocado slices, onion, zucchini and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust appears golden-brown.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
