These pizzas are bursting with spring freshness and clean, balanced flavors. Tomato, olive and onion giardiniera meet pesto on one, and fresh mozz, tomato, bell pepper and fragrant basil top the other. It's a double dose of veggie heaven!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive
  • onion (sliced or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced or chopped)
  • fresh basil (handful)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Spread the pesto evenly.
  4. Top with all the ingredients.
  5. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
