Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 tbsp bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bbq brisket
  • cilantro for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove pizza from freezer and top with bbq sauce, mozzarella, red onion, green bell pepper, and cooked brisket.
  3. Cook pizza on grill for 13-16 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  4. Remove pizza from grill, top with cilantro.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.
