Take the best of a nutritious green omelette and put it on everyone’s favorite type of pancake: pizza. Sauteed broccoli, arugula, bacon, zucchini and nutritional yeast are brought to the breakfast table with two eggs and crumbled bacon as the headliners.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 zucchini, cut in thin rounds
  • 1 pack mushroom, halved
  • two eggs
  • arugula, handful
  • bacon pieces

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and place on a clean surface.
  3. Add all the ingredients and crack two fresh eggs and sprinkle bacon bits.
  4. Place pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and serve.
