Take Out Inspired Pizza

This is my take on Asian take out in the form of a caulipower pizza. The garlic, ginger and soy sauce along with shredded cabbage and zucchini make it a healthy ‘take out’ alternative appetizer, dinner or afternoon lunch snack! 😉 Enjoy!

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 3 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • red pepper flakes
  • ginger powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, then top with chopped garlic and ginger powder. Add sliced zucchini and cabbage, then drizzle with soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Enjoy immediately!
