Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/2 rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 jalapeño, sliced
  • chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • crushed peanuts, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing peanut butter, aminos, ginger paste, and honey in a small bowl. Then, set sauce aside.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer and top with peanut sauce.
  4. Layer on cheese, chicken, carrots, and jalapeños.
  5. Bake pizza for 13-16 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crust is crispy.
  6. Remove pizza from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro and peanuts. Slice and serve immediately!
