Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp butternut squash puree
  • 3 brussels sprouts, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 6 tbsp farro, cooked
  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • cilantro to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas from the freezer, and place in the center of a skillet. Heat on HIGH for 30 seconds on each side, or until cooked through.
  2. Fill CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas with butternut squash puree, brussels sprouts, and farro. Top with cranberry sauce and cilantro, and enjoy!
