Sometimes you want the classic with all the “reals” well we did it without the bloat and gluten. Classic marinara, green peppers, onions, pepperoni, bacon bits, mozzarella (low fat) , lots of seasonings, pepper (red and black). You will think you are having a big fat slice in NYC. Don’t forget your favorite seasonings. Ours is oregano, garlic, and Himalayan pink sea salt! Yum!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 cup of low fat mozzarella, shredded
  • pepperoni
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • himalayan sea salt
  • red pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, unwrap packaging, discard cardboard disc, and top crust with marinara sauce, followed by pepperoni, cheese, bacon, and veggies.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, slice, and serve.
 Close
