Winter squash? More like squashing winter. With its crispy thin crust and generous layer of hearty toppings, this pizza will be on your rotation all season long.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1 sweet potato mash
  • 1 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 1 cup grilled veggies of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • 1/2 cup kale (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chicken (cooked & shredded)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Spread sweet potato mash on CAULIPOWER pizza crust and top with shredded chicken, roasted butternut squash, grilled veggies and goat cheese. 
  3. Place the CAULIPOWER pizza crust directly on oven rack and bake for 12-15 mins.
  4. Remove from oven and serve.
