Yummy taco bowl

Cauliflower rice, lean ground beef seasoned with taco or fajita seasoning, your choice of chopped veggies, I prefer colorful bell peppers, onions, and pinto beans


  • red and yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • red onion, sliced
  • lean ground beef
  • taco or fajita seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add veggies to skillet, and sauté over medium heat with some olive oil. Then, set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Drain any fat, then mix in seasoning.
  3. Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Rice according to package instructions.
  4. Add beef and veggies to CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Rice.
  5. Mix and enjoy!
