Looking for a light, healthy way to have your tenders and eat ‘em too? Caul off the search and lettuce wrap. It’s your favorite sandwich with crispy cauliflower-coated Chicken Tenders, creamy avocado and snappy veg in a romaine wrap for a delicious low-cal lunch.

Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders (4 pieces)
Lettuce (1 leaf)
1/2 cup . green onions (chopped)
2 tablespoons Pico de Gallo
1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
1 avocado (sliced)
1/2 cup red cabbage (shredded)
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Remove Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders from the pack and cut the crust into wedges.
  3. Place onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and place warm tenders wedges on the lettuce.
  6. Top with carrots, green onions, avocado, red cabbage and pico de gallo.
