This Cauliflower Crust Pizza is the ultimate hack for using up leftover Spinach Artichoke Dip!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup spinach artichoke dip
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1//2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • arugula, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer, discard packaging, and top with an even layer of spinach artichoke dip.
  3. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts.
  4. Bake directly on the middle rack of the oven until cheese is melted and crust is a nice golden brown color, about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with a handful of arugula. Enjoy!
