This Pizza Mary with Basil Sea Salt will be your new favorite brunch drink this Summer!

  1. Preheat the oven to 250F. In a food processor or small blender, pulse salt and basil together. Spread the wet salt mixture on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until dried.
  2. Increase the oven temperature to 425F. Add CAULIPOWER pizzas and cook for 12-15 minutes. Slightly cool, slice, then carefully stick 1 slice of each pizza flavor on their own individual skewer.
  3. In a shaker, mix together chili, marinara, vodka, and lemon juice. Add olive oil to the rim of each glass, then coat each rim with a light layer of basil salt. Add ice to each cup then pour equal amounts of the mixed pizza mary into each cup.
  4. Carefully add desired toppings to skewers. Garnish each glass with toppings and enjoy!
