Made with premium ingredients and imported from Italy, Pizza Roma is authentically prepared in the traditional Roman-style, “pinsa,” dating back centuries - but with a CAULIPOWERful spin! Our version features a gluten-free cauliflower crust that is hand-stretched, resulting in a rustic, artisanal appearance. The crust is then stone-fired to achieve the delicious texture that pizza lovers crave - crispy, airy, and light - and topped with authentic marinara, sliced mozzarella and savory basil pesto that will bring your taste buds to Italy with every bite!

Crust (Corn Starch, Water, Cauliflower, Vegetable Fiber (Inulin, Psyllium), Sugar, Yeast, Rice Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Guar Gum), Tomato Sauce (Tomatoes, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Basil), Mozzarella Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzyme), Pesto Sauce (Water, Basil, Part Skim Milk, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzyme, Lysozyme {From Egg}], Corn Starch, Grated Italian Cheese (Milk, Salt, Enzyme), Vegetable Oil [One Or More Of The Following: Canola Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil], Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt).

Conventional oven recommended!

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove pizza from box & overwrap.
  3. Cook pizza directly on the middle rack (no pan needed!) until cheese is golden brown and crust is crispy, typically 13-14 minutes.

PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO 165°F FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY.

Do not thaw pizza before cooking. Cook from frozen. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time & oven temperature as necessary.
