Bring a salted pot of water to boil and cook CAULIPOWER linguine for 3 minutes, reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and rinse cooked linguine under cold water.
Add the oil, lemon zest and juice to a pan over medium-high heat. Toss in the pasta and stir in reserved pasta water. Cook for 1-2 minutes until liquid reduces.
Add pecorino cheese and basil then cook for another minute.
Season to taste and garnish with more pecorino and lemon zest. Enjoy!
