Creamy Golden Pasta

  • 1 Linguine Cauliflower Pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • aleppo pepper, to garnish
  • micro greens/herb, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Pour white wine into the pan and add butter.
  3. Next add cream, parmesan, and lemon juice to the pan and simmer until it becomes a thicker sauce.
  4. Add the cooked CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Linguine to the pan and combine with the creamy sauce.
  5. Plate the pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with aleppo pepper and micro greens!
