Ingredients

  • blackened swordfish or cod
  • red cabbage, chopped
  • pineapple chunks
  • red onion, finely chopped
  • green bell peppers, finely chopped
  • cilantro, finely chopped
  • lime
  • optional: sour cream, salsa

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove CAULIPOWER Tortillas from freezer and cook on skillet for 30-45 seconds on each side over high heat.
  2. Top each taco with red cabbage, blackened fish, and pineapple salsa (pineapple chunks, red onion, green bell peppers, cilantro, lime).
  3. Garnish with cilantro and extra lime.
  4. Optional: add your favorite sauces
