These Cheesy Cauliflower Muffins make the perfect veggie-loaded swap for morning biscuits!

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cassava flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Cook CAULIPOWER Baja Style Riced Cauliflower according to package instructions
  3. In a large bowl, combine CAULIPOWER Baja Style Riced Cauliflower, parmesan cheese, cassava flour, and baking powder. Mix until blended thoroughly.
  4. Light grease muffin pan and pour mixture evenly into each cup, leaving 1/3 inch of space from the top of the pan.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes before serving.
