Ingredients

  • 3 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets, roasted
  • 1/2 cup walnut (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove Original CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortilla from the pack and place in center of skillet.
  2. Heat on High for 30-45 seconds, or until desired crispness is reached.
  3. Use spatula or tongs to flip the CAULIPOWER Tortilla.
  4. Carefully remove CAULIPOWER Tortilla from skillet with spatula or tongs.
  5. Remove CAULIPOWER Sweet PotaTOASTS from the pack and place one or more frozen slice(s) on wire rack of a toaster oven.
  6. Cook on DARK TOAST setting for 1 cycle or until heated through.
  7. Carefully remove slice(s) with non-metal utensil.
  8. Take the CAULIPOWER Tortillas and place the cooked CAULIPOWER Sweet PotaTOASTS, kale, roasted cauliflower florets and sprinkle with goat cheese, walnuts and cilantro.
  9. Squeeze a lime and serve hot.
