Ingredients

  • protein of choice
  • lettuce
  • sour cream or greek yogurt
  • pico de gallo
  • shredded cheese
  • guacamole

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove CAULIPOWER Tortillas from freezer and let thaw.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F or heat 1 inch oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. If baking, shape tortillas on a taco rack or in oven grates and bake for about 5 minutes or until crunchy. If frying, place tortillas in oil for 15 seconds, flip and cook for another 15 seconds, remove from oil, fold in half (over a wooden spoon) and let harden while cooling.
  4. Once hard shells are made, top with protein, lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, and guac.
  5. Serve immediately.
