Keep it SHRIMPle with these tasty baked shrimp foil packets with our keto-certified Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup black beans
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilis
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 8-10 raw shrimps
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • cilantro, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine black beans, green chilis, garlic, cumin, lime juice, raw shrimp, green onions, and lime zest in a bowl, and mix.
  3. Add CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Style Riced Cauliflower to two foil sheets. Then, top with shrimp mixture.
  4. Wrap foil sheets up and grill for 9-11 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
  5. Remove from grill, open foil packs, and garnish with cilantro and avocado slices. Serve immediately!
