Ingredients
- 1 Container Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower
- 3-4 sheets nori
- 1/2 cup baked salmon, flaked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1-2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 2-3 sprigs green onion, thinly sliced
- 6 pieces pickled ginger
- 1 tsp mirin
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Cook CAULIPOWER Riced Cauliflower in a skillet for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Top nori sheets with CAULIPOWER Riced Cauliflower, baked salmon, avocado, carrots, green onion, pickled ginger.
- Roll sushi with a sushi mat and slice.
- Mix mirin, rice vinegar, and tamari sauce in a small bowl.
- Drizzle sushi with sauce, dip, and enjoy
