Ingredients

  • Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower
  • 3-6 sheets nori
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 small cucumbers, julienned
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 avocados, thinly sliced
  • pickled ginger, for garnish
  • wasabi, for garnish
  • gluten free soy sauce, for dipping

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice and shred all veggies. Then, preheat non-stick skillet.
  2. Cook CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated through.
  3. Distribute CAULIPOWER Sesame Citrus Riced Cauliflower between nori and pack down with the back of a spoon. Top with carrots, cabbage, cucumber, and avocado.
  4. Roll sushi, slice, and enjoy!
