Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/2 cup sweet barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer and discard plastic wrap and cardboard.
  2. Cover entire CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust to edge with BBQ Sauce.
  3. Top with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Then, add chicken, onion, pineapple, remaining mozzarella cheese, colby jack cheese, and cilantro.
  4. Place in preheated oven, directly on middle rack.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
