Looking for a light, healthy way to have your tenders and eat ‘em too? Caul off the search and lettuce wrap. It’s your favorite sandwich with crispy cauliflower-coated Chicken Tenders, creamy avocado and snappy veg in a romaine wrap for a delicious low-cal lunch.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders from freezer, and add to a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cook for 17-19 minutes for conventional oven, or 15-17 minutes for convection oven, or until Tenders reach internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  4. Remove CAULIPOWER Spicy(ish) Chicken Tenders from the oven and add to lettuce.
  5. Top with carrots, green onions, avocado, red cabbage, and pico de gallo.
