  • 3 All Natural Chicken Tenders
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • Ranch dressing (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer cook t for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway for optimal crispy texture.
  3. While tenders cook, assemble your bowl with: spinach, chickpeas, red onion, avocado, and feta cheese. 
  4. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from oven, let cool and cube.
  5. Top your bowl with cubed tenders and dressing of your choice.
