Ingredients

  • All Natural Chicken Tenders
  • gem lettuce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • breadcrumbs (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Make the dressing by mixing together olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and honey.
  3. Remove tenders from freezer and cook for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for optimal crispy texture.
  4. Remove tenders from oven and slice.
  5. Mix lettuce and dressing, top with tenders and parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or crumbs from tenders coating.
  7. Enjoy!
