Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas from freezer and let thaw for a few minutes.
Slice CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas into quarters, season with salt (optional to add a bit of oil), and bake on a baking sheet for 3-5 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached. Remove from oven, and let cool.
Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer, and cook for 17-19 minutes, flipping halfway through for optimal crispy texture.
In a large skillet, sauté peppers in 1 1/2 tsp oil for 3 minutes or until peppers are tender, then transfer to a small bowl. In the same skillet, sauté the beans, garlic, oregano, and cumin in the remaining oil for about 3 minutes.
In a greased 13x9 inch baking dish, layer half the tortilla chips, peppers, bean mixture, cheese, onions, and cilantro. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
Cube CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders, then mix with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Top nachos with CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders. Serve with sour cream and pickled jalapeños.
