Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer and bake for 17-19 minutes, flipping halfway through for optimal texture. Remove from oven and slice.
In a pot, sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Add broth and bring to a boil.
Once boiled, remove onions, ginger, and garlic using a slotted spoon. Add in bok choy and mushrooms. Let simmer until bok choy and mushrooms are tender.
In the meantime, cook eggs and your choice of noodles.
Add noodles, bok choy, mushrooms, egg, tenders, and garnishes to a bowl. Then add just enough broth to coat the noodles. (note: do not cover the tenders with broth!)
